Alpha Phi Zeta is a local sorority in the heart of Manhattan.  We are the Alpha Chapter of our sorority at New York University.  Alpha Phi Zeta was founded in the Spring of 1987 by five women with the intent to create an organization focused on promoting individual growth through lasting friendships, community service, and high academic standards.  The words “Alpha Phi Zeta” stand for “Sisters and Friends Forever.”  Our colors are baby blue and white, our mascot is Betty Boop, and our flower is the white rose!
